I confirm what they said. I really like the scent and the treatment of it. My skin smells amazing and is soft and moisturised.

But coconut water, cosmetics, hair products, desserts are not only coconut thingy what I like and use. I have also discovered coconut oil for cooking. It is a perfect example for the healthy food, because it is one of the richest sources of saturated fat you can find. Besides coconut oil has a unique composition of fatty acids, and it is very different from most other cooking oils. The fact is that the fatty acids are about 90% saturated what makes coconut oil highly resistant to oxidation at high heats. That is why it is great for high-heat cooking methods e.g. frying.
Have you ever heard about Medium Chain Triglycerides? Some of you probably yes, so coconut oil consists them. They go from the digestive tract straight to the liver, where they are processed and very quick provide source of energy.
Lauric Acid is another interesting fact about coconut oil. It can kill viruses and bacterias, so coconut oil helps to avoid various infections.
I also read that coconut oil improves blood lipid profiles. The process is quite complicated, so I am not going to write about it, because I am not an expert and do not want to muddle it. You can find more information online.

That is why I decided to use coconut oil as much as possible. Of course I still use oil olive – because I love it, especially when I add it for salad or when I have a perfect proper fresh bread, but for cooking I use coconut oil only. I have tried different company’s coconut oil to find this one, which will suit me the most. It was not easy, because nowadays we can find a wide range of them, but finally I found! I mention about it in my post Half an hour only for myself and it is Cold Pressed Coconut Oil from Health Embassy. It is cold-pressed, unrefined and extra-virgin coconut oil. It smells amazing! When I compared to the others which I used in the past, this one was the leader, later was a gap and finally in the far distance were those, which are widely available in the supermarkets and the other shops.
